Mr. SANJAY BHOIR is one of the most renowned and eminent personalities in kid’s education in our Country.
After working in the field of child education for the last three decades, has come to the conclusion that Drawing and Painting is the most effective tool for the Healthy Nurturing of the kids. His vast experience in kid’s education, has started feeling himself that the importance of Art and Drawing for Physical, Mental and Psychological development of school going children has to be explored in today’s kids and need to register this importance on their parent’s mindset. With this Vision, He has come up with the innovative program under the name ART SYMPHONY.
With this thought, he decided to start a special program for today’s children through his brainchild ART SYMPHONY. Where kids can automatically get the Amazing benefits for their Entire Growth, through Art and Drawing. That too in a very open, Happy and Healthy environment.
Mr. Sanjay Bhoir’s Journey as an eminent Kid’s Educationist in the field of Kid’s development is nothing short of inspiring. With over 33 years of dedicated service, made a significant impact in various areas, from promoting creativity in art to empowering special children and those with hearing and speech impairments.
Mr. Sanjay Bhoir is BFA- (Bachelor of Arts) in Typography & Photography from Sir J J INSTITUTE of APPLIED ART, Mumbai. Also he has successfully completed the education in the field of Child Psychology, Early Education And Child Behavior from UCIC, Malaysia.
As an alumnus of the prestigious Sir J J Institute of Applied Art in Mumbai, his creative talents have been acknowledged with the “BEST DESIGNING” award in 1987. Furthermore, expertise in art and design has allowed him to conduct workshops in art, drawing, and clay modelling, nurturing the artistic potential of young minds.
Beyond artistic endeavours, Mr Sanjay is also a certified EQ trainer, emphasising the importance of emotional intelligence in personal growth and well-being. This aspect of work highlights commitment to holistic child development, ensuring that children are equipped with essential skills for emotional understanding and management.
Since 2003, has been leading the UCMAS program in Mumbai Region, an Abacus-based initiative for children aged 5 to 13, focusing on whole brain development activities. Mr. Sanjay is also Director at the SOUMITRA Institute, CBS Education’s UCMAS program, providing, nurturing and empowering environment for young learners.
His remarkable association with Prof. Dr. Dino Wong, the Founder President of UCIC, Malaysia, would be essential in aligning the vision and goals of the institution with the newly developed syllabus. Together, it helps to create a strong educational foundation that promotes holistic growth, critical thinking, and a love for learning among the young students attending UC KINDIES. As the Technical Director of UC KINDIES International Kindergarten, role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of Prof. Dr. Dino Wong’s innovative methodology in the preschool sector. Having studied the new syllabus thoroughly and understood its key points, possess valuable insights that can contribute to enhancing the educational experience for young children. With the ability to add creativity aptly to the syllabus, played a vital role in creating an engaging and dynamic learning environment for the students. It has involved incorporating interactive activities, hands-on learning experiences, and age-appropriate educational tools to foster the overall development of the children in care.
In addition to all these activities, he is contributing to society through his commitments with dedication to social causes is evident through involvement with VISHWAS CHARITABLE TRUST’S, VISHWAS Center for Mentally Challenged children in Thane.
Mr. Sanjay Bhoir successfully ran the research-based project in association with Prof. Shri Ranjan Joshi aimed to identify pictorial vocabulary and spatial language of special children, allowing them to express themselves through Art.
As a Board of Trustees Member of Vishwas Charitable Trust, Mr. Sanjay Bhoir has always focused on creating creative tasks for special children, which is crucial for their holistic development. These tasks should be tailored to their unique needs, abilities, and interests, fostering a sense of joy and accomplishment. By designing activities that are enjoyable and engaging and effectively promote learning and skill-building in a nurturing environment. The Team of volunteers and their efforts to generate tasks that enhance the children’s skills are vital for their overall growth and self-confidence. Depending on their individual strengths and challenges, the tasks range from sensory activities to cognitive exercises, promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Even today, at the age of 60, his passion and dedication remain undiminished as continues to work tirelessly for the betterment of young individuals and society as a whole. Aiming to make in the lives of others, spreading happiness and empowering the next generation.
